Sherry Brinson - Human Resource Manager
Sherry became the Human Resource Manager for ACCI in 2005. Prior to joining our team she was the Accounting Manager/Human Resource Manager at Meritas Yarns for 15 years. She manages all aspects of payroll, employee relations, and benefits. She is responsible for ensuring labor and wage compliance with all federal, state, and municipal entities. Sherry also serves as ACCI's Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Officer. Sherry earned her Bachelors Degree from Troy University. sbrinson@alexandercontractingco.com
Scott Fowler - Senior Estimator
Scott Fowler - Senior Estimator
Scott contributes over 17 years of experience to ACCI. He has been a member of the ACCI team since 2002, and has since contributed expertise to an array of projects in the federal, state, city, medical, commercial, and private arenas. Scott began his career with ACCI as a job foreman and has worked his way to become a project manager and estimator. Today, Scott serves as Senior Estimator and is a key part of the ACCI team. Scott’s field and project management experience lays the ground work to produce the most accurate and competitive estimates, schedules, and budgets possible for our clients. sfowler@alexandercontractingco.com

Jess Calhoun - Estimator/Project Manager
Jess Calhoun has 34 years of service in construction related fields, 27 of those years were in the material supply side of the industry (Concrete Pipe, Precast Concrete, Ready Mix Concrete Along with Sand and Gravel) from a trainee to a general manager. The past 7 years have been with Alexander Contracting Inc. in the capacity of an estimator and project manager. jcalhoun@alexandercontractingco.com
Tommy Doughman - Project Manager
Tommy Doughman - Project Manager
Tommy has been with ACCI since 2002. He began as a construction layout Crew Chief. While working with ACCI, he has advanced his career to include the positions of Foreman and Job Superintendent and now currently holds the position of Project Manager. His 12 years of experience in both the field and office has given Tommy the capability to manage his position well. Tommy’s responsibilities include the purchasing of supplies and materials, working with sub-contractors, and serving as the communication link between general contractors and field personnel. He acts as a liaison between the owners and general contractors, and tracks the production of each project, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget. Along with project management, Tommy also oversees the operation and maintenance of all GPS equipment operated by ACCI. Tommy graduated from Columbus State University with a Bachelors of Science degree. tdoughman@alexandercontractingco.com
