The Prose Columbus Apartments is an ongoing apartment complex project located off River Rd. in Columbus, Georgia. This project is being developed by Alliance Residential Company and designed by Moon Meeks & Associates.
ACCI is currently in the process of completing the sitework scope package which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 30 acres
- 263,300 cubic yards of dirt moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 13,650 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling 27,800 SY
- 10,750 LF of Curb & Gutter
