The Swann Farm project, developed by Wire & Cox Development, LLC is a mixed-use development designed by the Foresite Group. This project is located in Auburn, AL and will include commercial retail space, townhomes, and single family homes.
ACCI currently in the process of completing the sitework scope package which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 3 acres
- 49,700 cubic yards of dirt to be moved
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 16,482 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling over 19,063 SY
- 14,924 LF of Curb & Gutter
