The Landings project started in 2022, was developed by Five Oaks South, LLC and designed by the Foresite Group. This project was an excavation and mass grading site for future commercial development.
ACCI completed the sitework scope package which included but was not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 4 acres
- 77,300 cubic yards of dirt moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 270 LF of pipe
