The Summer Lake project designed by Barrett-Simpson, Inc. is a residential apartment complex located in Smiths Station, Alabama. This gated community provides amenities including a resort style pool, scenic lake, and walking paths.
ACCI completed the sitework scope package which included but was not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 5.5 acres
- 10,504 cubic yards of dirt moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 3,385 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling 5,944 SY
- 1,380 LF of Curb & Gutter
