The Tracks, developed by Toland Construction LLC is an apartment complex located in Auburn, Alabama designed by Hydro Engineering Solutions.
ACCI currently in the process of completing the sitework scope package which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 2 acres
- 4,170 cubic yards of dirt moved
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 763 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling over 3,000 SY
- 855 LF of Curb & Gutter
