The King’s Way project is a new senior housing development located just off King Road in Valley, Alabama. This project is being developed by the Bennett Group with the general contractor being Holland + Seals, and civil design by Barrett-Simpson, Inc.Â
ACCI is currently in the process of completing the sitework scope package which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 5 acres
- 40,000 cubic yards of dirt moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 2,829 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling 3,268 SY
- 888 LF of Curb & Gutter
