The Greystone Storage project is a new storage facility development located off Samford Ave. in Auburn, Alabama. This project is being developed by Greystone at Auburn, LLC. with the civil design by Hydro Engineering Solutions.Â
ACCI is currently in the process of completing the sitework scope package which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 6.15 acres
- 38,998 cubic yards of dirt moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 1,769 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling 6,156 SY
- 2,207 LF of Curb & Gutter
