The Swann Bridge project, developed by Wire & Cox Development, LLC is a mixed-use development designed by the Foresite Group. This project is located in Auburn, AL and will include commercial retail space, townhomes, and single family homes.
ACCI currently in the process of completing the sitework scope package which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 39 acres
- 246,343 cubic yards of dirt to be moved
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 14,087 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling over 11,415 SY
- 8,659 LF of Curb & Gutter
