Mulberry Grove Pod 3 is the thrid phase of the Mulberry Grove residential development by Stone Martin Builders, designed by Barrett-Simpson Engineering. Pod 3, located in Harris County, Georgia will provides 168 home sites.
ACCI has completed the sitework scope package which included but was not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 31 acres
- 134,813 cubic yards of dirt to be moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 17,966 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling 11,785 SY
- 7,998 LF of Curb & Gutter
