The Commons, developed by Thayer Properties is an apartment complex located in Columbus, GA built by Thayer-Bray Construction.
ACCI has completed the sitework scope package which included but was not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 2 acres
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 2,240 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling over 1,421 SY
- 794 LF of Curb & Gutter
