The Capps Landing Extension project started in August of 2023, was developed by Broad Metro, LLC and designed by the Foresite Group. This project is an excavation and mass grading site for future commercial development.
ACCI is in the process of completing the sitework scope package which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 14 acres
- 81,582 cubic yards of dirt moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 3,545 LF of pipe
- 1,732 LF Curb & Gutter
- 3,663 SY of asphalt
