The Prose Columbus Apartments is an apartment complex project located off River Rd. in Columbus, Georgia. This project is being developed by Alliance Residential Company and designed by Moon Meeks & Associates.
ACCI has completed the sitework scope package which included but was not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 30 acres
- 263,300 cubic yards of dirt moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 13,650 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling 27,800 SY
- 10,750 LF of Curb & Gutter
