The Turner Auto project is a mass grading project in preparation for the a new Allen Turner Hyundai dealership located in West Pace Village in Auburn, Alabama. The project consists of three parcels. Parcel one will be completed in the first phase while parcels two and three will be mass graded in preparation for the new Hyundai dealership. This project is being developed by Allen Turner Automotive and designed by Barrett-Simpson, Inc.
ACCI is currently in the process of completing the sitework scope package which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Site Clearing of 12.3 acres
- 37,296 cubic yards of dirt moved on site
- Underground Utility Systems totaling 4,302 LF of pipe
- Base & Paving totaling 2,611 SY
- 1.235 LF of Curb & Gutter
